Terms of Service

By placing an order on OCBAY (ocbay.shop), you agree to the following terms.

Orders & payment

All orders are on Cash on Delivery. Payment is collected in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) when your parcel is delivered. Prices shown on the store are final; delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after confirmation. Delays by the courier are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel.

Exchanges

Damaged or faulty products are covered under our 7-day exchange policy (see Refund & Exchange Policy).

Misuse

Placing fake orders or repeatedly refusing delivered parcels may lead to your number being blocked from ordering.
